Summary
On Wednesday January 08th at 15:12 Uptempo Dev found that the admin UI on EU1 prod appears to be slow. Upon investigation team found that Redis cluster used by EU1 Prod was broken and didn’t perform as expected. After rebooting Redis nodes and restarting the application server on EU1 Prod, Redis got back to normal, and performance issues were resolved.
