Allocadia's Forecast Status Tags feature allows you to better understand flexibility in marketing spends by reflecting the status of the latest expected costs. This helps marketers gain more visibility into marketing spend.
Tip: Forecast Status Tags can be seen and adjusted in the monthly Forecast columns, left of the Forecast amount.
Default Forecast Status Tags:
- Forecast (taupe) – What I think I am going to spend. Initially, this should be the same value as the planned amount but may change.
- Committed (green) - I am contractually obligated to this activity.
- Occurred (blue) - This spend activity has occurred during this month and should be recognized in this months spend.
