Adding Team Objectives



Team Objectives add an extra layer of granularity during the Strategic Planning phase and helps turn Corporate Objectives into tangible, more specialized goals catering to the strengths of each team and maximizing contribution to overall business objectives.

Determine who will set and enter in Team Objectives:

  1. On the Strategy Tab, enter your objective in the text box under the Team Column
  2. Click the Add Objective button denoted by the + sign
    Note: You can also press the Enter key on your keyboard to add an objective.
  3. Add the Objective description on the side panel by clicking in the objective.
    Best Practice:  Further define your Objective by adding detail for additional context.
