Connecting to IBM Marketing Cloud



Using the IBM Marketing Cloud Connector, users can link Marketing Activities in Allocadia to their corresponding IBM Marketing Cloud mailing. This link connects all data related to the activity with the IBM mailings, enabling organizations to view details of a campaign such as a cost per generated click or lead. Reports and dashboards can also be built that provide data views such as Cost per Campaign, allowing you to measure the progress of different campaigns.

  1. On the Home Tab, click the Master Settings hyperlink in the Edit Settings column.
  2. Navigate to the Connectors tab in the Cloud Exchange section on the left
  3. Click the Connect button in line with the IBM Marketing Cloud icon
  4. In the New Connector pop up window, complete the required fields
  5. Click Add Connector when complete 
Note: By default, a check will appear in the Enabled Checkbox. If this box is left unchecked, the dropdown for the IBM Connector on the Details Panel will not appear.
Note: FY Start Date and FY End Date are used to filter the list of mailings and corresponding activity data, which is returned to Allocadia. Only mailings with a start OR end date matching the dates input in the connector will be included.
