In Allocadia, Columns refer to every single configurable Column and Field in the tool. Options for certain Columns can only be added in specific areas of the product. Understanding the different possibilities and functionalities of Columns allows Marketers to align their instance of Allocadia with their business processes and corporate goals.

Areas of the product Location Description Available Column/Field Types
Roll-up Panel Home Tab A panel that is used to track data specific to Folders, Sub-folders, and Marketing Activity within the Hierarchy, typically Targets Drop-down List, Number or Metric, Text or Reference #, Date, Non-calculating Currency
Grand Total Panel Activities Tab (formerly Budget Tab) A panel that is used to track data specific to an entire Activity Plan Drop-down List, Number or Metric, Text or Reference #, Date, Non-calculating Currency
Details Panel Activities Tab A panel that is used to attribute and track additional details for marketing spend data Drop-down List, Multi-select List, Number or Metric, Text or Reference #, Date, Non-calculating Currency
Activities Grid Activities Tab The main input interface for users where marketing activities are created and tracked Currency Column, Commit Column, Calculation Column, Drop-down List, Number or Metric, Text or Reference #, Date, Invoice, Non-calculating Currency
Actuals Panel Activities Tab A panel that displays details of an Actual for the associated marketing activity such as Actual cost, vendor, status of payment, date and more Currency Column, Drop-down List, Number or Metric, Text or Reference #, Date

Purchase Order (PO) Panel

Activities Tab A panel where Purchase Order details such as PO number, vendor, amount, date, and more can be viewed and edited Currency Column, Drop-down List, Number or Metric, Text or Reference #, Date
