Restricting Creating and Editing Actuals/POs Permissions

Marketers can reconcile Planned spend with Actual spend by associating Actuals and Purchase Orders (POs) with their respective marketing activity. Actuals/POs can be manually created, and after creation can later be edited if needed. Restricting this functionality to specific users can help streamline the workflow of bringing in Actual spend into Allocadia.

1. Click into your name's drop down menu at the top right of the screen and select the Organization Settings.
2. Select User Roles in the drop-down menu to navigate to the Configurable Roles page
3. Highlight the desired User Role
   Note: If Creating is enabled for Actuals/POs, a user must have permission to Edit.
4. Adjust permissions as desired
   Note: If creating or editing Actuals/POs is enabled for a child role, it must be enabled for the parent role.
