Restricting Activities Data Access (Editing)

Restricting Activities Data Access disables users from altering any inputs within the Activities Tab (formerly Budget Tab) for any given role. Adding this restriction to different allows you to have flexibility in managing users and keep an account of those who are responsible for entering their marketing spend data. 

  1. Click the Settings button next to your name at the top of the screen
  2. Select User Roles in the drop-down menu to navigate to the Configurable Roles page
  3. Expand the side panel by clicking the arrow on the right-hand side
  4. Adjust your Edit permissions for your desired User Roles
Note: Permissions have specific dependencies in Allocadia. If the Edit capability is deselected, the Create functionality will also need to be deselected. However, you can grant a user Edit capabilities without giving them Create capabilities.
