Allocadia’s support team is here to help! If you have questions, they are there to help you find the answers you need.
- On the top right corner of the Allocadia Help Center homepage, click the blue Submit a Ticket button
- On the Submit a Ticket form, fill in your name, subject, description and any attachments you have
Tip: When you fill out the Subject of the Support Ticket, a drop-down menu will appear as you type, displaying a list of potentially related articles that may be able to resolve your question!
- Validate you are not a robot by completing the reCAPTCHA and click the Submit button
Note: Submitting a ticket automatically creates an account for you with our support team in Zendesk which allows you to easily track the status of your ticket, and view any historical tickets.
