Submitting a Support Ticket


Allocadia’s support team is here to help! If you have questions, they are there to help you find the answers you need.

  1. On the top right corner of the Allocadia Help Center homepage, click the blue Submit a Ticket button
  2. On the Submit a Ticket form, fill in your name, subject, description and any attachments you have
    Tip: When you fill out the subject of the Support Ticket, a drop-down menu will appear as you type, displaying a list of potentially related articles that may be able to resolve your question!
  3. Validate you are not a robot by completing the reCAPTCHA and click the Submit button
    Note: Submitting a ticket automatically creates an account for you with our support team in Zendesk which allows you to easily track the status of your ticket, and view any historical tickets.
