Allocadia is a cloud-based application that lets you collaborate with other marketers across your organization. Each user can only see the Activity Plans that they have been invited to but you can easily view lists of users who have been invited to the same area. This lets you know who you’re working with for the different aspects of your marketing strategy.
- On the Home tab, click on the User icon in line with your desired Folder, Sub-folder or Activity Plan
- Locate the User you want to view the role for. A pop-up window appears displaying the name, email address and User Role at that level of the Hierarchy
Tip: Your name, email address, and role will appear at the top of this list, highlighted in gray.
