Multi Currency Within an Activity Plan

In cases where you are housing multiple activities in the same Activity Plan but need to input their values in different currencies, the Add Currency feature allows you to add multiple currencies to your Hierarchies or Activity Plans. This feature is valuable as your operations might involve working with many currencies.

1. On the Home tab, select Master Settings in line with the desired Folder
2. On the Settings page, navigate to the Currency tab under Template Setup
3. On the Add Currency section, search for the desired currency
4. After the currencies have been selected, add them by pressing Enter
   
   Note: If you wish to remove a currency, click the X next to the desired currency bubble.
5. In the Exchange Rates section update the exchange rate for the added currency
