Allocadia enables organizations to link their Planned spend to their Actual spend, comparing the two in Activities so marketers can gain visibility into their complete expenditure. Typically, large sets of Actuals are brought in at the same time to streamline the process, but there can be instances where you want to add fewer Actuals. Rather than spending time formatting and importing a sheet of Actuals, you can manually add your Actuals to the associated marketing activity. Some organizations may choose to only enter Actuals manually.
- On the Activities tab (formerly Budget tab), click the Panel icon in line with the marketing activities that you would like to add an Actual to
- On the Details panel, click the Actuals panel icon
- Click the Add Actual button
Note: If the Add Actual button is greyed out, you do not have the correct permission to add Actuals. If you require updated permissions to add Actuals in Allocadia contact your System Administrator.
