Adjusting Views for Users



Views in Allocadia allow the User to see specific columns that are relevant to their marketing spend data. Adjusting Views allows you to control which columns appear in the workspace, and how that data is being tracked.

  1. On the Home tab, click the Master/Custom Settings in line with the desired Folder or Sub-folder
  2. On the Settings page, navigate to the Page Layout tab on the left-hand side under Template Setup
  3. On the Views drop-down list, select the View you wish to adjust
    Note: You can also rename your view by clicking on the text box, or change your default view by checking or unchecking the Default View box.
  4. Click the icon with four squares in line with your desired Column on the right-hand side, then hold the icon and drag and drop it to your desired location.
    Note: To delete your Columns click the red X in line with the Column name.
  5. Click Save when complete
    Note: The Delete button deletes the entire view, while the New View button creates a blank view from scratch.
