Allocadia helps streamline data entry when entering Marketing Activities or Actuals through the Workflow Entry Form. This form requires the user to enter in required and relevant information when first entering activities, rather than needing to navigate to the Details panel. The Workflow Entry Form is ideal when certain details need to be tracked upon initial entry of activities. Further details can be attributed at a later date through the Details panel.
If your Activity Plan has the Workflow Form enabled, it will pop up on the screen when you first click on the + Line Item button. The form will have numerous black details that need to be attributed before the activity can be added.
