Allocadia's Workflow Entry Form enables organizations to streamline their data entry when entering Marketing Activities. When the form is enabled, users are required to enter relevant information when first entering Activities, rather than needing to navigate to the Details Panel. The Workflow Entry Form is ideal when certain details need to be tracked upon the initial entry of Activities. Further details can be attributed at a later date through the Details Panel.
If your Activity Plan has the Workflow Form enabled, it will pop up on the screen when you first click on the + Line Item button. The form will have numerous blank input fields that need to be completed before the Activity can be added.
