Mapping the Customer Journey
There’s a lot of debate over how much influence you can have over how your prospects become customers, and your ability to guide the path they’ll take along the way. But there is a lot of value in looking at the paths they did take, and in making sure you’re investing the right amounts in the right stages going forward. Allocating budget across the different stages from awareness to advocacy will help you adapt quickly today and execute more effectively in the future.
Our new Customer Journey dashboard visualizes how your plans, forecasts, and actuals are spread across your defined journey stages. It’s the beginning of your customer journey tracking process if you’re just getting underway with this perspective. If you’ve been practicing journey mapping via other solutions, this will let you get a firm handle on the investments you’ve been making and deepen your organization’s commitment to this type of insight. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to expanding the insights we deliver through Allocadia, so you can make more informed decisions about your business.

Marshall McLuhan famously stated that “the medium is the message” – something all marketers intuitively know. When the message is about the medium itself, the best place to run it could be in the medium itself.
Introducing Allocadia in-app notifications! Perfect for sending timely messages to your users on topics relating directly to how you use Allocadia. Need to remind your marketers to update their forecasts? Want them to finish tagging their activities to the right strategic objective? Send them an in-app notification that appears as a banner when they log in (see below).

Investing in your security
Enterprise-grade security and service is no longer just the domain of enterprise organizations. Everyone expects it, including every one of the more than 150 customers using Allocadia today. That’s why we continue to grow our investment in making sure that our software and infrastructure, as well as your data, are well protected and ready for action. In this release, we’ve done a few things in this regard:
- Automated server deployment: we can now spin up new, preconfigured servers in 5 minutes, allowing for better and more efficient scalability as usage increases across our platform
- Enhanced server and application monitoring: we get more insight into the performance and resource utilization of our infrastructure, and you get better speed and reliability
- Upgraded intrusion detection and prevention systems: improving our hacker defences
