Allocadia is currently experiencing issues with the Refresh process in the Insights/Analytics tab. Dashboard and reports are still available, however the refresh process to update the reporting data is failing.
Our engineering team is actively investigating this issue.

The engineering team has identified the cause of the issue and are actively working on a solution. We will update again when we have an estimate on the time frame for the issue to be fixed.
The issue has now been resolved and Analytics/Insights refreshes are now completing successfully. If you notice a status of Failed from the last refresh, please manually refresh again using the Refresh button.
