Allocadia is currently experiencing an issue sending outgoing emails for Registration and Password Resets for all customers on the EU1 server. Right now, new user registrations or requests for a password reset link (from eu1.allocadia.com/resetpassword) will not result in an email.

The outgoing email services on EU1 have been restored. If you are expecting an incoming Registration link that you have not yet received or if you previously requested a password reset email that did not arrive as a result of this issue, please request it again from eu1.allocadia.com/resetpassword.
