March 7, 2022 - Analytics/Insights Issue on EU1

On March 7, 2022, there was an issue with analytics being unable to load for customers on eu1. This was caused by a networking issue between the server instance and our external analytics vendor. After diagnosis, the network issue was restored and analytics was accessible.
