When activities are grouped under a Folder or Sub-folder, Allocadia allows you to see their aggregate values on the Home tab for easy viewing of your bottom up plan, according to your top-down allocation. This summary view, called the Roll-up, allows you to view and compare your Activity Plans and to filter or export the aggregate value totals.
On the Home tab, locate your desired Folder, Sub-folder
Click the view roll-up hyperlink in line with the desired Folder/Sub-folder
Note: You can export the aggregate total views by clicking the Download button and selecting Export Current View from the drop-down list.
